What happens if we’re out of something? — We will always do everything we can to provide a gift basket as shown...but we reserve the right to make substitutions.  Rest assured that we will always make substitutions in YOUR favor.

What’s your delivery range? — Your basket can go anywhere UPS goes!

How about delivery times? —Local Deliveries to business addresses will be complete by 5:00 pm with priority given to those orders placed the day before and is only available on those items specified for LOCAL delivery..  Home deliveries and deliveries to hospitals may be made as late as 7:00 pm. We will NEVER guarantee a delivery time UNLESS you opt to use a separate RUSH courier, which will result in substantially higher delivery fees.  All others items will be shipped out the same day when your order is received before 11:00 EST or the next business day when received after 2:00 pm EST.

Gifts considered “special Orders” (i.e. adding wine or liquor, designs no longer featured or special requests) will be shipped the next business day.

Typically we don’t deliver on weekends.  If you require delivery on a Saturday, FedEx Saturday Rates apply.

Incorrect Address All orders must be complete with the correct address, city, state and zip. Warm Wishes will not be responsible for a gift being mis-delivered or being delivered late when a bad address is supplied. We will ship to the address supplied on the order.

· A $10.00 Fee will be added to your bill when a bad address is supplied and the carrier needs to make an address correction or when a suite number/ apartment number is not supplied  and the gift is delivered while enroute.  A second delivery fee will be charges when gifts must be completely rerouted. This fee may and will be incurred any time a zip code, city and state do not match.

· Claims or requests for refunds on gifts returned due to a bad address will not honored.

· Claims for late deliveries due to missing suite numbers / apartment numbers or incorrect information will not be honored.
